The speaker claims that truly effective education can be achieved only when it is specifically designed to meet individual needs and interests of each student.I strongly agree with the speaker primarily because this contention accords with common sense and our educational experience.Besides,the reverse claim serves to overlook the requirements of individuals as well as social development.

To begin with,when it comes to the truly effective education,the essence of which at any level lies in the conception of the development of the individual self.Students' freedom to grow according to their own needs and interests is one of the most crucial aspects of the improvement.Einstein,one of the greatest scientist in twentith centry,once said:"Interest is the best teacher." If we cast a look back at the education in his life,we are able to realize what is more important for education.As a little boy in school,Einstein was not a good student as he was as a physicist,even was a stupid student in the eyes of his teacher.The chief reason is he had on interest in what the teacher taught in school.However,his uncle,an expert of mathematics and physics,told him many interesting examples of mathematic questions which aroused little Einstein's interest.After he entered universities,he also concentrated on his interest and was reluctant to study other mojors.Education,in this sense,should satisfy students'needs to keep the true efficiency.

In the second place,the more interesting students feel,the more passion they own for study.Without interest,students pay little attention to their study,without attention,how can we make sure that students will learn knowledge by heart?To illustrate this point,Celine Dion,famous for her amazing voice in the song---My heart will go on,dropped out school and learned more from society.As the most successful diva in show business,no one can deny the fact that her education as a singer is truely effective.Regard music as her whole life,she once said"I find nothing valuable in learning Chemistry unless learning it well can make me sing better."Providing that she continue her school education designed to all students,she may become a chemistry teacher in a high school.How ridiculous it seems to be.

Deep down,culturing different talents for society is one of the educational objects which play a vital role in the development of society and economics.While most of Chinsee students could receive higher education in China,we should not neglect the fact that all these so-called talents lack diversity which can help college students to distinguish themselves from other competitors.This can also explain the phenomenon of surplus of qualified personnels. As education does not aim at students' different needs,our students have no access to what they really interest in,and are inclined to receive knowledge passively.If so,they,lack of enthusiasm for their jobes,suffer suspicion from companies.What is more important is that such students as there are contribute little to our society for they lay heir abilities on wrong place.

However,encouraging the culture of interest does not equal to the assumption that school should design different courses for every students.After all,educational resources are limited.Students' interests are too many to be satisfied.On the other hand,basic subjects,such as simple principle of mathematics,physics and morality which are helpful for students' intelligence and personality,should be included in our education.

In sum,education should be designed to meet students' needs and interests.Not only does it benefit the development of students,but also it is significant for the healthy improvement of society. On the other hand,we should be aware that over emphasis on the interest-oriented education is not necessary for both students and society.

In this argument,the arguer recommends that all patients who are diagnosed with muscle strain should take antibiotics as part of their treatment.To justify the conclusion,the result of a study was shown by the arguer.The recuperation time of the first group who took antibiotics regularly throughout their treatment was 40 percent quiker than typically expected.On the countrary,for the other group given sugar pills,their average recuperation time was not significantly reduced.However,careful scruting of this argument would reveal that it suffers from several fallacies and therefore is unconvincing.
To begin with,one of the major problem of this argument lies in the study shown by the arguer.How many patients are there engaging in the study ?Laking information about the number of patients in the study,it is impossible to assess the validity of the result.Maybe , there are only ten patients in each group,how can  the arguer judge that the result of the study is scientific enough to make us believe.In addition,even if the number of the patient in each group  is large enough,the study also suffers other fallacies.The arguer fails to provide any detail information about the patients.I mean,the informations such as age,the condition of health and their jobs and so on.For example,It is quite possilbe that the patients of the first group are much younger than that of the second one.Therefore,the patients of the first group tend to recuperate much quicker for they are of course stronger.Maybe,muscle strain of the second group on average is much more sever.Thus they undoubtedly need more time to recover,and which has nothing to do with the antibiotics.
What is more,the fact that the doctors are different between the two groups.What is possible is that Dr.Newland, specializes in sports medicine,was more proficient than Dr. Alton who is just a general physician.As we all know,a good doctor is of great importance for the time of recuperation.Furthermore,the patients of the second group were given the sugar pills which the patients believe as antibiotics.However,there is no evidence or scientific datas to demonstrate that the sugar pills the patients took have no influence on muscle strain.So it is arbitrary for the arguer to make the conlusion by neglecting such factor.Without elimilating these and other possible factors,the author cannot confidently conclude that the antibiotics are helpful for reducing the recuperation time.
Additionally, even if it is granted that antibiotics is able to reduce the recuperation time as the study shows,the arguer makes a hasty generalization that antibiotics should be prescribed to all patients who are diagnosed with muscle strain.Whether it has the same efficiency on all the muscle strain?Because all the patients in the study suffered severe muscle strain.Maybe it contributes little to the recovery of the slight muscle strain.Moreover,is the antibiotics suitable for every patients?For example,it may produces side-effect to some patients.If so,the arguer are virtually wrong.
In summary,this argument has several patent flaws which render it logically unpersusive as it stands.To strengthen the argument,the arguer would have to provide evidence that the number of the patients studied.And the arguer must demonstrate that the two groups studied have the similar condition such  as age,the degree of muscle strain,the condition of patients' health and so on.Additionally,the arguer should make sure that antibiotics are suitable to every patients no matter whether muscle strain is severe or not.

很抱歉，没什么改动，感触最深的是深厚的文字功底。我力不能及。只是我觉得最后第二段写的有点少了，论证显然是不够充分的，那么complexity就不能充分表现。另外最后一句话提到“不是对社会必要的”这个似乎在文中没有涉及，需要补充论证。除此之外，我觉得至少至少是4分作文了。加油吧！没问题的！
