According to the letter, the video camera is playing a more important part in our daily life than the written records video camera can provide a more accurate and convincing record of contemporary life. I concede that  video recordings are more accurate and objective of an event's aspects, there is far more to document a life than what we feel.

In the age of media explosion, especially visual media, who has not been excited, shocked or moved by video scenes recorded by video
camera? The answer is probably not. Video cameras are objective witness with perfect memories. The student will be video
recording a speech for further study if needed. And also it may be video recording of class teaching, or any other forms such as lectures, interviews, screen captures, graphical works and audio books. The farther would like to make a video
recording of labor and/or the birth and this will record the most significant part of his life.Video
recording technology and equipment have been wide spread and is quite popular now.

Though the video camera provides an accurate record of physical and phenomena, it cannot competently provide insight into the mind. And video is of little use when it comes to documenting a person's subjective state of mind, impressions, or reflection of an event or experience. As a matter of fact, documents carry both Cultural Significance and Metaphoric Significance and written documentation is actually more important than video.

Finally, a video record is of no use in documenting statistical or other quantitative information. It means that document has rich social and cultural aspects. Documents play many roles in the internal management of a business as well in the interface between businesses and their suppliers, employees, and customers. Current trends toward longer value chains and increased regulation increase the number of documents that must be generated and processed. The unchanging aspect of documents is crucial to the consistent communication of policy and administration of law to citizens. Documents that play such roles include constitutions, corporate annual reports and religious texts.

In sum, the speaker's claim overstates the importance of video records, at least to some extent. Video is the technology of electronically capturing, recording, processing, storing, transmitting, and reconstructing a sequence of still images representing scenes in motion. The video camera has its merit. But we should make good use of technology without abandoning traditional method. These two media can build upon one another, resulting in a multimedia testimony to modern life.
