Law, which is defined as follow, a system of rules, usually enforced through a st of institutions. It shapes politics, economics and society in numerous ways and serves as a primary social mediator in relations between people. As the laws are constituted by human beings, and with the lapse of time, it inevitably has some limitations and irrationality. Hence, confronting the just and unjust laws, we should obey the former and resist the latter.

just laws regulate the conduct of people in a rational scope, which prevent from
offencing other people's legal rights, like the free speech, free religion and so on. reassure the interests of majority people. Like the consumers' right law, which aims at preotecting the legal rights of the mass consumers, as consumers always in the position of a puny state, vulnerable to be attacked, cheated by the bussinessman, while in earlier times, consumers are easilyl to be deceived and without proper legal to resort for , they had to swallow the bitterness by their own, and the swinder goes on his legerdemain at will. Nowadays, with the emergence of consumer law, their rights are protected and people's morality are limited (restrained). Just laws possesses the suport owing to its rationality and every one should obey it.

unjust law violate commonity's intersts, offence people's rights in a irrational way, that is for the good of few sovereign. Like in the ancient Rome, women are forbidden to obtain equal education as men do. Women are discriminated at that time as they conceive that men are superiou than women. It is totally an unjust law as it stands groudless. Women stand up to fight against the discreminators for their own right. Struggling for nearly one centruy, women owns the achievement they deserve. Unjust laws are overturned ultimately.

Expedtious respnse to the laws are symbol of civilization of human beings. As sometimes unjust laws' appearance stem from various reasons. People should adjust laws correspondingly.First of all, the lapse of time lead the law once to be just to an unjust state as the situation has changed a lot, like the marriage laws of the ancient time. A man in Qing Dynasty were allowed to couple with several women, while in modern era, with the moral standard, people apply the monogamy. It is not only a moral restriction on the couple, but also an insurance to the society's stability.
On the other hand, the current condition determines the character of law, as years before, it is common to hunt deer, people even took this activity as a recreation. However, with the collapse of ecological system, deer are on the verge of extiction, it is our human's obligation to protect this species, so that hunting deer become an unjust act, that is the shift from just to unjust. From above tremendous changes in law, we can savely come to the conclusion that the adjustment of laws denotes the advancement of human beings' civilization.

To sum up, law is the creation of human beings, we should manipulate it at will to assist the stability and civilizaton of the society rather than lead it to devaste or restrain our life inappropriately. Therefor, we should obey the just laws and resist the unjust ones.
