In this argument, the arguer concludes that men and women experience pain very differently from one another and they should be given diffence pain medications. To support this recommendation, the arguer procides a report about the men and women's different effection with the same dosage of Kappa opioids. And also suggests that women should use Kappa opioids while men should use other pain medication and even the effect of medication on men and women should be reevaluated. At the first glance, this might be somehow reasonable, but close scrutiny reveals that is contains several unconvincing assumptions and is therefore unpersuasive.



First of all, the argument claims that the Kappa opioids are more effective on women than on man according with the report metioned before. Those, 28 men and 20 women, who attended the research is a very special group. Maybe all these 20 women are very brave and they do not afraid of extracting wisdom or, as a matter of fact, these 20 women's teeth are not good and they have extracted other tooth before. And the 28 men might are sensitive about pain. For the sistuation upon, it is easy get the result that the easing of pain lasts considerably longer in women, since they donot pay a close attention to pain. But if we change the position of men and women, we can get the conclusion entirely different.



Secondly, even if the Kappa opioids are in effect on women, we should not use it whenever pain medication is required. It is true that Kappa is useful for women to get escape of the pain which caused by tooth, but is does not mean it will work in any ache such as pain in the stomach, chest or head. When women get a headache, aspirin is a good stand-by for headaches. Since the authors fails to account for the function of Kappa on other pain, I cannot reasonally accept the conclusion.



Finally, this argument rests on the unsubstantisted assumption that researchers should reevaluate the effects of all medications on men versus women in which way indicts that will be good for human beings. Though one medication has different effect on men and women, we cannot say that men and women reflect differently on any medication.When operating, the artesunate is normally effective on not only women but also man. Unless the author can convince me that these scenarios unlikely, I cannot accept the writer's recommendation.



To sum up, the arguer's conclusion that men and women should use different medications ia not well supported as it stands. To bolster it, the author must provide more evidence, such as there are still other medications which effect male and female differently and also prove that it is a common. I would accpet the suggestion if the state of affairs mentioned upside is considered.
