Everyone has a dream in the bottem of his heart. Some takes them into action, while others not. I totally agree that we should take to attain our goals. But it does not mean that any means taken to attain it is justifiable.
At all times and in all lands, many people spent all their life to chase their dream. Doctor Bethune is a great international fighter.  He regarded  "healing the sick and saving the dying" as his professional work ethics.1939 Comrade Norman Bethune, a famous internationalist and a member of the Canadian Communist Party and a distinguished surgeon, died in Wanxian, Hebei Province. Dr.Bethune will live in the memory of the Chinese peoplefor ever. A dream of red mansions, one of the four literary chefdoeuvres, wrotten by Xueqin Cao, in China. When Xueqin Cao was going to die, he had not finished the book. Maybe it was  a great pity for him. Since different people's different dream make our develop step by step.
As everything must be regularly, it is the same to achieving goals. What a person do to attain the goal must obey the law. If the harm is criminialised in a penal code, ciminal law offers means by which the state prosecutes and punishes the perpetrator. Guns instead of butter" was Hitler's slogan. The Jews suffered terrible persecution under Hitler's rule. Hitler made his dream come ture through killing a lot of innocent people. And in the study field, Ohio University has written to forty engineering graduates about copied material in the research papers for their master's degrees.  The former students are being accused of plagiarism. Plagiarism is making it appear that someone else's words or ideas are your own. The lawbreakers will never escape punishment by law.
We should keep the balance between our goals and the actions we took. If we take action which obeys the law, the loss will outweighs the gain and we will not get what we want. Laws limiting the government help to provide some degree of freedom that would not otherwise be possible. But this is not to say that we have  absolute freedom
In conclusion,  the society should encourage all of us , not only the yougth,bu also the olds , to pursue one's dream. And the acitons must sure that will not  hurt any one person and our society. Obeying this rule, our soceity will have a sustained, rapid and sound development.
