================================
Today and tomorroware on the two sides of a balance respectively, whose pointer swings. However,the pointer of the balance, to large extend, inclines to the side of todayinstead of tomorrow. Albeit anticipated problems are sometimes necessary tosolve previously, government should focus more their attention on solving theimmediate problems in the present.

First of all, blindto tomorrow anticipated problems is incorrect. No doubt, anticipated problemsinfluence the life of our descendants. Concerning our children, we can not helpthink we will be shame if we left a troublesome and chaos world to the nextgeneration. As an example, Human Gene project can illustrate our sense ofresponsibility to out children. This project has been taken 20 years or so,with cooperation of many countries, such as USA,China, and Japan and so on.When the day this great project achieves, some cancers and heart attack will becured. The medicine will enter a new age.

Admittedly,anticipated problems are important for our development, but immediate problemswill shock the society sometimes, in terms of surviving. Urgent problems arenot only serious to the present, but also the development of future. Immediateproblems endanger the stability of the society, and become the block oftomorrow, since prosperity of tomorrow is born on today. Unemployment, forexample, is an urgent problem for every government around the world, which isrelative to the surviving of people. In 1920s, the Great Depression ledhundreds of thousands of worker to lose their jobs. At that moment, theunemployment worker had to do some things even illegally to survive. At last,Keynes, who said (I paraphrase):"In the long time, we all die.",directed the government implemented some urgent short-run monetary and fiscalpolicies to pull the society from the troubles. That means government shouldsolve the immediate problems.

At last analysis,it is reasonable to concede that anticipated problems are vital for a society, butgovernment should pay more attentions on present. Every thing comes from thepast. Likewise, immediate problems in present come from the past, and tomorrowproblems come from today. Thus, government should resolve the problem now whenthey are small and taking actions now is much easer than tomorrow. Similarly, ifthe channel of a river is blocked today, we don't take measures since itinfluence nothing to the present. However, when in tomorrow, in case that theblockage is broken down, the flood will take everything away. Therefore, it iswell-grounded for government to solve the present problems which are thesprings of urgent problems in tomorrow.

Without solvingthe anticipated problems, we are selfish; without solving the immediateproblems, we hardly survive. In a nutshell, our government should hold balancefor today and tomorrow generally, yet a bit more attention is paid at the sametime.
