sweet dumpling(TANGYUAN)-- our breakfast

I got up early this morning @ 7:00 am. With minced red bean, I planned to make sweet dumplings.
1. Grind boiled and steamed red beans into bits.
2. Mix red beans with brown sugar. Warm butter into butter liquid.
3. Put liquified butter into red beans and mix them thoroughly.
4. Put the ingredient aside for cooling down.
5. Put warm water into rice powder to make it into a wet dough.
6. Grab a small part of the dough to make it into a snowball :)
7. Use your thumb (right or left) to press it and make the snowball into a white bowl.
8. Put the ingredient inside and rotate and narrow the edge of the bowl until it becomes a ball again.
9. Give the wet ball some powder in case that it will stick to somewhere.

Boil :
1. Put hot water into a pot.
2. After it boils, put sweet dumplings inside.
    Make sure: Use a spoon to slightly stir the liquid so that the dumplings won't stick to the bottom of the pot.
3. When dumplings stay still on the top, it is done.
