you have three year of working experience already. and you have quite some finance professional qualification already. what is the point of doing a master in finance?
and organizational management........umum, this is not something really technical skill focus. are you sure that you want to join a master with tons of fresh graduate, instead of joining a post-experience master to have more serious classmate have a better network.
and at the end, CityU is CityU only.
P.S. you didn't mention your gender, nor your status and family situation here, so no one can comment based on that. to be short, if you are planning not to work afterwards, it will be a waste to do the master anyway (expect academic interest); if you are planning to work with usual, the only thing really matters is - time of getting a baby (but who gonna know when you plan to....)

I'm so moved for your sincere advice and I can't agree more about 'baby'. The reason why I didn't choose Finance is that I had little time to get a good GMAT mark, meanwhile, background office work is my career goal, so a postgraduate degree is a great deal to me. I prefer Financial Service, which is about risk controlling more. But I still looking forward to the CUHK. Anyway, thank you again!
