We are a Hong Kong-based group that aims to well serve the professionals and students in Hong Kong by providing serviced apartment, restaurants and co-working space. Currently, we are running 4 apartment houses, 1 hotel and growing fast.
What You Will Be Doing:
Supervise subordinates to handle the daily accounting duties including AP, AR, inventories and other related financial control matters
Prepare and control budget for the business unit
Prepare and review monthly management and financial reports to head office
Liaise with external auditors and other professional parties
Ensure internal controls and compliance with accounting and legislative requirements
Handle ad hoc projects as requested
What You Need for this Position:
At least 3-5 years of relevant working experiences, prefer having hotel or apartment management reporting experiences
Strong communication and people skills
Proficient in MS Office and Accounting software
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
Immediately available is highly preferred.
