SMU(新加坡管理大学)MiM Kira面经 刚面完 新鲜出炉

谢谢寄托的朋友们在申请路上给我提供了许多有用信息，刚面完Kira，现在来分享一下面经，攒攒rp:lol

今天早上11点开始进行assessment，网络还算顺畅。Kira面试分为5个问题，每个问题放完视频后准备1分钟，讲3分钟。讲完一个上传一个（建议大家提前找个网络好，光线好，噪音少的地方进行面试）。一个问题回答结束后不会自动进入第二个问题，是手动开始的。大家可以利用这段时间（没有时间限制，但也不要等太久哈，怕网站出问题）整理情绪，深呼吸，喘口气。再按空格进入下一个问题。

我的5个面试问题如下：
1. We need leaders that can make an impact in the MiM program. If you enter this industry, what can you contribute to the industry ?   
2.describe a situation when you do not have the capability to solve a problem or deal with workload   
3.the proudest achievement so far  
4. Name a leader that is outside your country that you admire  
5. Describe a situation when you present or defend a position that you do not agree with
