[College of Civil and Transportation Engineering] of Shenzhen University is now seeking for [4] post-docs internationally.

1. About the college
The College of Civil and Transportation Engineering of Shenzhen University was established in September 1985, and it was one of the earliest colleges to recruit undergraduate students in Shenzhen University. Currently, the college enrolls three undergraduate majors including civil engineering, engineering management and transportation engineering. Among them, civil engineering and engineering management are key construction majors in Guangdong Province. The engineering management major has passed the professional evaluation (certification) of the Ministry of Housing Construction three times, and civil engineering has passed the professional evaluation (certification) of the Ministry of Housing Construction. The master program in civil engineering has been ranked as the key discipline of Guangdong Province.

3. Application conditions
(1) Preferably under the age of 35, with PhD degree no more than 3 years;
(2) Be able to work as a team with good communication, coordination, organization skills;
(3) Have good academic ethics and rigorous scientific attitude, good health;
(4) Candidates who have achieved significant research outcomes will be given priority consideration;
(5) Have good English reading and writing abilities for drafting English SCI journal papers independently.

4. Salaries and other welfares
Shenzhen University (general) post-doctoral comprehensive salary is about 320,000¥.
(I) Allowance from Shenzhen government
1. Shenzhen government will grant a living allowance of 180,000¥ per person per year to the candidates who have passed the proposal assessment and mid-term assessment, with a total amount not exceeding 360,000¥.
2. Shenzhen government grants 300,000¥ for startup post-doctoral research funding.
3. Those who meet the Shenzhen Talent Plan can apply for corresponding housing subsidies.

(II) Allowance of Shenzhen University
1. Shenzhen University provides a comprehensive annual salary of about 140,000¥.
2. Outstanding postdoctoral talent training plan of Shenzhen University: rewards will be given to outstanding postdoctoral fellows; postdoc candidate who have passed the assessment and achieved outstanding scientific research outcome will be given research rewards.
3. Qualified post-docs can apply for professional and technical qualifications.
4. Excellent post-doc who meet the requirements of the university policies can apply for tenue-track faculty staff.
5. During the contract, the post-doc can apply for research funding with the support of the Faculty.
6. During the contract, the post-doc’s family can settle in Shenzhen. The children can be enrolled in a school in accordance with the relevant regulations of Shenzhen.

5. Responsibilities
(1) To participate in the research of the group and complete the assigned research tasks independently.
(2) Published no less than three top SCI journal papers, including at least two JCR Q2 papers based on the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
(3) Together with the above requirements, to achieve the relevant requirements for outstanding postdoc from Shenzhen University.
