Job Summary:        
Assist the Director, PRC Legal Counsel in handling basic legal administrative, compliance and company secretarial matters, and provide all-rounded support to the PRC legal team

Key Responsibilities：
•        Prepare, review, arrange and file legal documents for ongoing operations, funds and transactions
•        Handle all kinds of compliance matters of RMB Fund
•        Cooperate and assist on any related company secretarial matters and administrative work
•        Liaise on internal approvals & execution and filing of PRC related documents
•        Liaise with external lawyers and agents on any outsourced work
•        Assist to handle government regulatory affairs
•        Assist to conduct legal research and provide legal advice on PRC related matters

Requirements：
•        Obtained a Bachelor Degree in Law/Business/Chinese language or related major
•        Good Knowledge in PRC legislations and legal principles is preferred
•        legal-related work experience: 1 to 2 years preferred, but not a must
•        Willing to learn, dedicated, committed and attentive to details
•        Willing to handle basic legal and administrative work
•        Good team player, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
•        Good interpersonal skills and commercial awareness
•        Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing
•        Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.  Putonghua is a MUST and Cantonese would be an advantage
•        Immediate available is preferable
