最好考TSE，否则过来会很难受，系里会逼你，要是通不过学校的speak test which is verry similar to TSe,you will be
kicked out.I have heard several universities having such policy.
like MSU,uppen(chemistry),cornell,etc.So before you apply,you should
get information from senior students to see whether they have such
requirement.For example,in my department,there are 23 chinese,and only
3~4 pass the speak test.All of the others have so much pressure all
through the semester,Although we know the department cannot kick out
all of the chinese students.If you are in bad luck,maybe it is you that
will be kicked out.So I just remind those of applicant of chem,math,and
statistic,try to take tse test.Give yourself one more chance.
