求大家狠拍~~~~~As I can see,the statement that the encouragement of positive behavior and ignorance of negative behavior is the best way to teach is reasonable in some extent,but not completely right.Since if the measures taken to deal with the behaviors is unright,some bad impact will bring out.
It is true that with appropriate praises,those who act positively will be encouraged and willing to do better.While the ignorance of negative actions will prevent those who make mistakes unintentional from being self-abased.In this way,the policy seems to be right.As we all know,praises of the right can lead the students to right way and tend to do right things.Meanwhile,since most of us do some unappropriate things inadvertently and blame will bring out negative effect, neglect means a lot at this time.
However,we should say that overly praising and ignoring corresponding behavior will do bad.If a predominant student be spoken highly of many times,he may be overconfident and looking down on others,or he will feel he is intelligent enough that it is of no need to study any more.Moreover,some students may be under great pressure after being praised and cannot keep their best state.On the other hand,the ignorance of negative actions will indulge those students in forming the bad habit without feeling ashamed.Hence,the statement is not exactly correct when take the bad effects into consideration.
Therefore,praise and ignorance reasonably is important to teacher.The encouragement of positive actions on suitable time to some extent can benefit a lot.Despite of positive some actions are,if happened frequently,the teacher can choose to consider it as an ordinary matter without encouragement.To the negative actions,the teachers can take different measures with the consideration of the extent of the behavior.Serious as the actions are,some publishment can be put.Then if the negative action happened unintentionally or not so serious,the teacher can overlook it.
As a whole,it is necessary to recognize which measure should be taken in response to various actions and dealing with them by using reasonable methods.Appropriate praise and ignorance can promote the development of a student.On the contrary,overly reaction to the behavior will be the blockade of the students.So the statement has its rationality in some aspect,but only by making some limitations can the statement be more reliable,that is to say,be more rational to all conditions.
