[size=14.0000pt]It is true that with appropriate praises,those who act positively will be encouraged and willing to do better.While the ignorance of negative actions will prevent those who make mistakes unintentional from being self-abased.In this way,the policy seems to be right.As we all know,praises of the right can lead the students to right way and tend to do right things.Meanwhile,since most of us do some unappropriate things inadvertently and blame will [size=14.0000pt]bring out[size=14.0000pt] negative effect,[size=14.0000pt] [size=14.0000pt]neglect means a lot at this time.

[size=14.0000pt]However,we should say that overly praising and ignoring corresponding behavior will do bad.If a predominant student be spoken highly of many times,he may be overconfident and looking down on others,or he will feel he is intelligent enough that it is of no need to study any more.Moreover,some students may be under great pressure after being praised and cannot keep their best state.On the other hand,the ignorance of negative actions will indulge those students in forming the bad habit without feeling ashamed.Hence,the statement is not exactly correct [size=14.0000pt]when take the bad effects into consideration[size=14.0000pt].
