6.19 GZ 1000pass

昨天是十点的场，九点半就进场了，之后是无休止的排队，直到差不多一点了才签到，好像把一群F1都放在最后签了。

vo是那个高高的短发的GG，我之前没研究过vo的和习性，也不知道他的昵称是什么。4号窗口，也是能从等候区看到的为数不多的vo，我看他还算面善，而且说话声音大，在饮水机那里都能听见的，就跟同行的人说：我有预感，我会在4号窗面谈。最后真的得偿所愿:)

me: good day, sir
vo: good day
me: this is my document checklist. you wanna have it?
vo: no, thanks
(看I-20)
vo: so, why USC?
me: that's an institution with a long history. (vo nodding) Besides, the dept of statistics offers many courses I am interested in, like stochastic process and time series analysis.
(vo不知道在看什么，总之不说话，我就接着说)
me: I have also consulted graduate students there. they told me the faculty are friendly and helpful. the facilities are good.
vo: (nodding)when will you graduate from Zhongshan University
me: at the end of this month
vo: you got graduate assistantship
me: yeah, that will cover all my tuition and living expenses
vo: (smile) good for you
me: (smile back) actually, lucky for me. you need my offer letter?
vo: no, you have expressed clearly.
(继续看什么东西，沉默)
vo: have you applied other institutions?
me: yes, I am also admitted by Tulane and Virginia Tech(我故意说这两个，虽然都比USC好，可刮一个台风，一个打枪，估计vo也很明白为什么没去了，所以很识趣，没接着问下去)
vo: columbia is a good place to live. have a nice day.  (撕蓝条递出来)
me: have a nice day.

感谢老娘，给我准备一大包材料，虽然没用到，但绝对是我自信心的来源。感谢寄托上诸位一直以来提供的帮助，正是借鉴了大家的经验，昨天才能这么顺利的签过。感谢gc和lily，在我这几天困难的时候帮助我。最后祝大家签证顺利！
