9.15 现在这个年代，一个人想一辈子呆在一个单位工作是不可能的，是不现实的。你是否同意这个观点？

In China, since open door policy has been carried out for 30 years, working positions in people’ view also have been changing. The advanced generation would like to work for one situation the whole life, which is distinctive from what the next generation considers. Working in different places is more reasonable and rational under the modern society. The reason is the developing economy provides increasing opportunities for the youth to achieve themselves. Hence, I tend to acclaim that it is not possible for one to stay in one working position within whole life.

At present, youngster would go out and try different job position to gain more knowledge and experience. Under dissimilar times, graduates will not be arranged into any government controlled corporation which people regarded as whole-life stable work years ago. Therefore, they need to face to serious competition in job market; meanwhile they are obliged to enhance themselves to be used to this. Working in different areas and position could assist to develop their capacity. That will put them in a benefit situation. For instance, one of my friends studied Japanese in his college and became a teacher who taught that language after graduated. Later he worked for a government department but now he is an assistance of a CEO in a famous company. At very beginning of graduation from university, he could not be qualified to that position with limited experience and social skills. Probably, being a teacher cannot directly offer relative knowledge to the current working position but he could learn how to face with a group of people and practice to have speech in front of them. That makes him mature and capable to achieve it. So working in different areas can benefit them to better survive in this society.

Working only in one position within whole life will narrow one’s horizon. The rapid developing world pushes people to make progress and boost. Nevertheless, they will be lagging behind by most people. It could lead to dire consequence, such as lose current job or widen the distance with the society. Staying in the same situation could make people more professional but it will result in a lazy attitude instead of aggressive attitude which young people should have. As they already get familiar and master with every step from work.

To conclude, working in one place within one’s whole sounds unreasonable as it cannot advantage him/her and nation’s development. Finally it is practical for humans to have different professions.
