“We are pleased to offer you admission to the Master of Public Administration (MPA) at the School of International and Public Affairs for the Fall 2010 term. Your offer of admission is for full-time study only and you will be required to maintain full-time enrollment throughout your course of study. This year applicant pool is of extraordinarily high quality and your admission is something for which you can be justifiably proud.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer you a fellowship award at this time. The applicant pool is large and competitive, and fellowship funds are limited, so we are only able to make first-year awards to a limited number of applicants. If you maintain satisfactory academic progress in your first year at SIPA and meet the financial need criteria, you will be eligible to apply for a second-year award through the continuing fellowship program. In order to be considered for second-year fellowship support, you must apply for fellowship in the Spring 2011 semester. Please note that continuing student fellowships vary in amount and entail a service commitment to SIPA. Approximately half of your class will receive awards in the second year.
Please respond to this offer of admission no later than May 03, 2010 by clicking here. We can not guarantee you a space in the incoming class after this date. Please fill out the online response form and submit the nonrefundable tuition deposit of $1,000 by this date. Your deposit will be credited towards your tuition when you register. Please consult our new student Welcome Page for full details on how to respond to your offer and for more information:”
