我打算明天去，还不知道行情呢，我的体检表很简单，最主要的是那个MMR， Rubeola, Rubella, Mumps 还有结核菌PPD什么的，这些是required, 还有recommended 的，是不是可以不作了，还有一项informational的，是不是也可以不作了。

大概要花多少钱，谁给我点信息。

erduoo，你的学校也是纽约州的，应也有规定吧？

刚才给医生打电话，结果被告知MMR很贵，要100刀，作blood test更贵，早知出国之前打针了。

我那个国际旅行者健康手册上竟然只打了一针霍乱，分特！！！

不知道明天被宰多少刀？？

我还没认真琢磨我那个体检的form呢，可能和你的form是一样的？我也不知道该怎么办呢，哎，转身份还没办下来，续后的事情没心情去想。:(

MMR是腮腺炎，Rubeola是麻疹吧，这两样我小时候都得过，那是不是得出个证明啥的？谁知道这种情况应该怎么办？

还有PPD有有效期吗？我临走时在国内做过，而且结果报告也带来了。

还有乙肝疫苗和破伤风在国内都打过，如果让国内的医生开个证明寄过来不知行不行？

MMR是一种包含Rubeola，和其它两种的防疫针。打过针，可以通过验血来证明
问题，问题是验血不比打针便宜。

对啊，我在想，让国内医生开个证明回来，是不是便宜很多。可是我的要8月1日之前寄回去，原来听说便宜，现在才知道是不打针不验血便宜，加上这两项，还是挺贵的。

Health history form 有截止期的.我这里六月十六日以后寄的,罚款$50.
Recommended可以不作.informational?...............忘了!
价格我不知道,因为我有INSURANCE.
这张表有一个寄回地址,你可以电话问一下.另外我认识的一个F1,从其它学校转过来,也要添此表,他与回执地址联系后,预防接种免费.

记得LG临走时，就是到我单位的职工医院找个大夫给填的表。

只要有证明就行.我这里好多人就是国内寄来的.
我这里PPD有效期一年!

都怪我一时疏忽，现在寄回国内时间很紧，算上fedex的钱，也不便宜。

给大家提醒吧，能早搞定的就早搞定，不要像我总是赶deadline.

我学校要求提前一个月交这个表，现在还有不到两个月的时间，寄回国应该来得及。

我忽然想了一个嗖主意，不要扁我哦。我可不可以自己填啊，反正那些疫苗我肯定打过，不想再花冤枉钱。

这些东西好想在NYC 可以打免费的。
我是拿到ADISSION LETTER 时告诉要大这些东西的，因为出国时打了一次，还差一次，所以就到学校的CLINIC 有打了一针，免费的。也不用验血。你还是查查有关信息，有的地方是免费的。

自己填是不行的，因为需要盖章

国内MMR好像叫“麻风腮”，意思是打一针，可以预防三种：麻疹，风疹和腮腺炎。

纽约市的五个区都由地方可以打，不过具体地方我不太清楚，这些事情属于我们家另一只猪管辖范围，晚上他回来的话我问问他，希望明天能告诉你。

如果有医疗保险的话体检和打疫苗是免费的，当然你要交copay就是类似于挂号费的东西。
我只交了$5 copay，就搞定了$100+的体检和疫苗费。

Immunization Walk-In Clinics

Free flu and pneumonia shots are available in all five boroughs for New York City residents who are uninsured or whose insurance does not cover the cost of these immunizations. Flu vaccination is recommended for those aged 50 and over and for those with chronic health problems. Pneumoccocal vaccination is recommended for those aged 65 and over. From October to December, flu and pneumococcal shots will be given at senior citizen centers throughout the City by a team supported by the Visiting Nurse Service of New York and the Health Department. Flu shots are also being offered at the DOH locations listed below from October through the end of March. Pneumococcal shots are offered at all DOH walk-in immunization clinics listed below throughout the year.

Immunizations required for school attendance are also provided. College students are seen only at the Fort Greene Health Center on Mondays and Fridays. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian or have a signed consent from the guardian.

Call the Department of Health's Immunization Hotline at 212-676-2273 for information about available immunization services. Please bring your immunization card and insurance information to the clinic/center.

我们学校只要求打MMR，偶就只打了MMR，什么PPD偶都没打，可以吗，出去以后不会有麻烦吧？
