I agree with the speaker that many people gain success in personal economy by investing or making distinct decision conforming with individuality, that is, acting by conforming to personal profits. Nevertheless ,we should realize the fact personal wisdom and energy is limited , in order to achieve great profits in increasingly fierce market, one should have the sense of conformity and rely on the information and capacity of group and respect group rules ;benefits when keeping personal thinking.

Admittedly , taking individual benefits into consideration is necessary when competing in the business market where surviving and making profit instead of charity is the main standard of success for participants .To understand this point , one need to see no further than the computer technology markets, where contemporary products ;surpassing and taking away competitors sales parts are the main means to achieve surviving and profits for the investor of a company in IT field. In the fierce market competition , speed and instant response to other participants are the essential ability. And charity and too much conformity to general behaviors will result in failure and being obsolete soon in the business games .Just like the works of Bill Gates, one of the most successful business leaders and managers, that i paraphrase; there are always 18 months before the announcement of going out of business for Microsoft., which mean conformity to other's  behavior will be obsolete whereas, individuality ensure surviving and the position of leader .

Nevertheless, personal ability and energy is limit, which means only relying on oneself is not enough .To survive and achieve personal economic success need the cooperative with others .In other words, relying  on and conforming to power is also necessary in most situations .For example, instead of personal employment, many graduates choose to become a member of a company, which provides one comparatively stable working environment and personal payment each month .conform to company's rules and benefit is essential to make sure the organization and work orderly and effectively  .In other words, relying on the wisdom and experience people rather than behaving only with the consideration of personal welfare is more likely to achieve general success in business competition, therefore ensuring the personal payment .under some situations ,to protect the overall welfare of a corporate , each workers might conform to general profits even at the expense of personal benefits, since without instant individual devotion , the long term prosperity might be expensed thereby personal economy success will in no ways to be ensured ,let alone being successful.

Another important fact is that the market's ordered operation need certain behavior and economy rules that every competitors are required to conform and obey, therefore disconformity to those general limitation will mean nothing but jeopardize others' freedom and profits, which would be punished and even be set out of the competition when the disconformity behaviors cause serious problem .As the fact stands, behaving in the opposite way to general rules of economy that are summarizing by learning from numerous cases and past experience will result in great failure especially during the investment. For example, national financial markets will become chaos if government dictate the bands to sent out more cash when it is do not needed .Besides, conformity to markets law is also basic lines for personal competition in business, who making money by cheating customers , or polluting environment seriously will be punished for his or her selfish consideration and  finally sent out the competition.

In conclusion , although considering personal benefit and success in economic competition is necessary and basic condition to achieve and ensure great individual profits, we should also realize the fact that personal ability  will pale soon in front of the grand power of cooperative of teams and general rules of economy operation .only by conforming to these rules for competing and cooperating can an individual ensure his or her personal benefit.
