I agree with the contention that each field of expertise need outsiders bring their knowledge to this field of study ,and that to understand the interplay among  distinct principles is essential to advance of knowledge in one field,since the world of knowledge is an overall system and the mutual related.I would explain this by two examples, the management engineering and education.

consider how an management engineer enhence his or her knowledge in the field of human and material resource management. Not only the knowledge and theory over management is needed , but it also require the expertise and work from psychologists, mechanical engineers, and even mathematicians.Psychologists are needed to learn the psychological trend among a factory's workers ,thereby helping leaders applying the most effective means to stimulate worker's passion on career and improving the output's number and quality.mechanical engineers can help analyse the outlay of the work places ,and design the positions for machines to make sure they are convenient and time saving for users.By precisely calculating, mathematicians can lay out the most economical way of locating materials that are used during producting while considering the cost and profits when determining the human and material input plans. relying on those expertise , the manager of factories can achieve the maximized profits at the lowest costs.

Another striking example is the area of teaching and education expertise.with the advancement of economy and general well being , people begin to pay more attention to the career of cultivating following generation, which imposes higher standard to teachering and education field. To be a successful teacher, one not only need to equip him or her self with basic and precise knowledge in certain fields , such as , a physics teacher for college students should learn and generally master the expertise of physics,which is basic condition to become a teacher for others.Besides , he or she should also acquire wide horizon in other fields , including educational psychology, mathematics, computer science, management,and so forth. since the major of education contain impart students knowledge, both in expertise and in life , in an effective and receptable way. with knowledge in psychology and management , a teacher and play an active role during helping students to learn easily by becoming their friends,or knowing their mental condition. knowing how to effectively stimulate student's interests in learning can help greatly improve their study efficiency and make the process of education more attactive and joyful. by using the out put of new computer technology,such as projectors , or flash, a teacher can make his or her class pervaded by vivid atmosphere.In short,only by using various skills can a teacher achieve his or her goal in education effectively and efficiently.

In conclusion, no field of intellectual research operates in a vacuum. To achieve well sense and success in any one , we need to rely on the additional knowledge from the general system of distinct disciplines. It is the cooperative of expertise from various fields advance human's inquiry in some certain area.
