196. "Technology creates more problems than it solves, and may threaten or damage the quality of life."
    
  技术解决了问题，但是带来了更多的问题，并且可能会威胁或损害生活质量。
  提纲：
  1、the development of science has bring us a more colorful and convenient life
  2、but the other side of the coin  is obivious that the development of technology has been undermining the quality of life

  and results in a lot of problems.
       1、for individual:it bring us more pressure at workship,it threaten  people's privacy
       2、for a nation:it create potencial dangers,such as the nuclear war;it also cause the polution of enviroment and the

  shortage of resource
       3、we may be someday controled by the technology we creat:human coloning and the robots.

  We have found the convenience in sending a e-mail when we want to get in touch with the people in long distance,but

  one day when we meet him face-to-face we also found ourselves speechless ,which is sharply contrary to the fluency  on

  internet.That is what the development of technology  has bring us ,a changed life as well as a more colorful one.


    
  After the 2 times of industrization,we have surprisely found a new world in front of us:the time for travelling has been

  sharply shortened after the invention of the plane;the ways to spare our leisure time have increased as the born of new

  media;the work efficiency has rised  under the development of mechnical automation and also the communication has

  more convenience for us after the internet has stepped into family life.



  But the other side of the coin is also obvious. Taking on the plane means another kind of traffic accident which is

  contrary to the one on ground,a fatal one.The new media such as tv and comupter have sacrifice too much of our

  sports exexrcise time and directly result in the healthy problems .Many children is nowadays wear glasses in the early of

  their age and still more and more boys and girls have participated in the fatty group.Many parents have complain the

violence on televison has strongly influence their kids whom are founded violent intention.High woking efficiency is

meaningful to the managers of  companys but to the workers they may face the unemployment as they are incomponent

with the automated machcions.Also rising the problem of communicaition when we are accustomed in communicating

with other people via internet ,a more free way  but also a more isolated way.



  Another big problem is that the technology we creat today may replace human being to be the master of the earth.Just

  look around :the coloning is the reality and the robot is no far to come true. Also most of the country resist the coloning

  of people as legal but the skill of technology is sufficient ennough to bring about a global disaster.You can't imagine the

  coloning people  control us in future .Even if we can feel relax under the strong objection against the legality of

  coloning people but another kind of technology ,robotics ,is under the impressing speed of development.Anyone who see

  the Hollywood moive "I,robot" will never forget the scene that the robots we creat fire at us when they have completed their

  revolution.What the confliction is it is hard to stop the research on robots for its helpfulness in industry and family life

  and  there is no clear boundary of the technology in which we can  take the robots into control all the time.



  We should be cautious enough to the negative influence of technology.The terminal purpose to develop the technology is

  to seek for more enhancement for our life  not for the impairment,let alone the substitute of human beings.

科学技术不但影响而且决定了社会风俗和道德规范。

1、科技的发展给道德风俗带来了很多影响，比如使现代的道德标准更加明智了。比如（）
2、但是道德风俗并不是由科技决定的。早在严格的科学产生前，就已经有很多的风俗和道德条款。比如古希腊的苏格拉底、柏拉图、

亚里斯多德等，几乎所有的贤哲都有有关道德的论述。而许多大宗教几乎都是以道德为中心的教义。显然道德是维系社会存在必不可

少的东西。
3、另外，科技的发展是在道德的约束下的，比如（居里夫人的话“可以想象到，如果镭落在恶人的手中，它就会变成非常危险的东西

。这里可能会产生这样一个问题：知晓了大自然的奥秘是否有益于人类，从新发现中得到的是裨益呢，还是它将有害于人类。诺贝尔

的发明就是一个典型的事例。烈性炸药可以使人们创造奇迹，然而它在那些把人民推向战争的罪魁们的手中就成了可怕的破坏手段。

我是信仰诺贝尔的人们当中的一个，我相信，人类从新的发现中获得的将是更美好的东西，而不是危害。”）
4、现在科技与以前相比有了很大发展，但是还是有很多的传统道德风俗保留，可见科技并不是影响道德风俗的唯一因素，因此也不可

能决定道德风俗。

  2、亲自出门旅游和只通过电视网络是不一样的。就好比现在很多人会亲临现场看球赛一样，只有通过亲自体验才能感受旅游的快乐

，这些也是电视和网络所不能给的。

摄像机可以精确、令人信服地记录当代人们的生活，作为一种记录方式，它的重要性已经超过了纸笔记录。
提纲：
1、摄像记录能生动的记录所发生的事情，因此具有很好的直观性，人们通过摄像可以了解到更多的东西。但直观性也是它的缺点之一

。因为记录需要概括性，抽象。
2、纸笔记录能抽象概括具体的信息，可以用最简短的话表达最多的意思。（比如像数据，像比较深层的东西）
3、摄像技术和纸笔记录是相辅相成的，需要共同存在。

2、而机器作为工具，不可能会有人类的逻辑思维能力，没有判断能力，机器只是根据人类的命令做事，从这个意义上说，人类是

3、机器是否永远是人类的工具很难说，因此人类要注意避免被机器所控制。

技术进步的首要目标应该是提高人们的效率以便于每个人都享有更多的闲暇时光。
1、首先，技术进步提高了人们的效率，但同时有了更多的要求（expectations）因此总体来说，人们的leisure time 并没有增加。

2、其次，技术进步的目标在于提高生产力，发展经济（从国家），提高人们的生活质量（从个人），给予人们更多的方便，而不是要

给人们更多的闲暇时间。

任何领域要取得重大进展，都需要外领域者的知识和经验。
提纲：
1、大部分的领域的知识发展都是需要外领域的知识
2、但是在领域发展早期，由于没有太多的领域分布，所以它们的发展基本上是基于直接观察，生活经验，而没有其他领域之说。

1．  总体感觉像是在陈列事实，但对于这些诸多的事例，却没有有效的加以组织和深入讨论。
2．  小错误太多。建议用word先行修改。或者至少自己再检查一下。细节虽小，但是也对评分有很大影响
3．  起始段a changed life as well as a more colorful one.给人感觉全篇的主旨因该是正面描述科技带来的好处。但是第二段正面列举事实之后，第三段。第四段分别陈列大量事实来说反面之利害，而总结段更是与主旨段向背而去。给人一种意向不明的感觉。
4．  第四段比较深入讨论了2个问题：克隆人和机器人。对于前者，作者反驳大众认为克隆人有危害的观点，但是这么长的举例篇幅和反驳篇幅究竟对文章的主题有何作用？好像不大明显。
