Currently, building up a harmonious society is becoming increasingly crucial, which, in the same way, is also strongly advocated in developing the relationship between teachers and students.
Needless to say, the relationship between teachers and students is a prerequisite for effective communications. Just imagine what would happen if students talk to their teachers spontaneously, either something happy or something sad happen around them. It is only when teachers recognize students’ needs that they can give their students lessons depending on their special needs. However, on the other hand, teachers’ key role play in teacher-student relationship can never be overlooked – they should be equal to students, encourage students more rather than excuse their mistakes immediately.
It is high time that we place great emphasis on the improvement of the relationship between teachers and students. For one thing, teachers and students should try to understand each other, which means that students should respect the teachers and teachers should tolerate the students’ mistakes as well.
