I'm writing this letter to you as an unsatisfied customer to describe my unhappy experience in the ABC book store.This morning,I went there to purchase an English-Chinese dictionary,when I got home I found some pages missed.So I returned to the store and wanted to change a new one. To my surprise, they refused me rudly with no reasons.I tried to ask help for the manager who is in charge of the store but it didn't work as well.
The only thing I can do was comeing back home and writing this letter to you to appeal your concern.From my perspective, it's imperative for the tertiary industry to implement effective and efficient measures to improve the service quality.Only in this way can more customers be satisfied.All in all,I cherish a belief that unpleasant service will be a thing of past and we will win a harmonious and prosperous society.
