97"It is unfortunate but true that political decisions and activities affect all aspects of people's lives."
尽管很不幸,但这是一个事实,政治决定和政治活动影响着人们生活的方方面面。
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
提纲:A.

According to the statement, the speaker claims that political decisions and activities affect all aspects of people’s lives. I fundamentally agree with the speaker insofar as politics is around us almost everywhere and influent our lives very much. Yet, strictly followed, in some cases, some aspects of life are substantive on their own, maintaining the independence from the government.
It is apparently that politics play an important role in daily life. When would a child have the same authorities as an adult do and to be called an adult? When the youth can drive or drink alcohol legally? What punishment would a criminal get to pay for his crime? These are all determined by political decisions. Therefore, some policies of the government can affect even the details of our private lives. Otherwise, political activities can disclose some problems of the society and help us to understand our lives better. During the election of a leader, for instance, the candidates will focus on some issues, such as environment protection, social security and social welfare, which are significant to our lives. When they are stating their points on these issues, or debating with competitors, it will make people pay more attention to those problems, and rethink what a life they would like to lead and what they should do in such a society.
Nevertheless, I believe that there should always be some aspects of life which have independence from the politics. For example, people try to keep their ideology to be independent, not misadvised by politics, in order to judge if the government is operating well for people and benefit the public. Another example is the criterion of literature work. Literature should be impartially judged by its readers, but not by those politicians with evil intentions. Only in that way can the garden of art be colorful and diversiform. Any political interpose would only stain its beauty.
Is it unfortunate that lives are influenced by politics? I will argue it is hardly to say whether this is fortunate or not. Politics is a part of our lives, and most of the time it provides us with a institutionalized society and benefit people a lot. However, it is also frustrating to realize that our lives are not being controlled totally by ourselves. Perhaps there is no easy answer to this question, but we still live in such a modern society where politics is almost everywhere.
In sum, political decisions and activities affect our lives to a large degree. What we should do is try to make politics serve the interests of the majority and avoid the abuse interpose of politics in some particular area.
