你好，我是今年准备去东京工大读研究生的，我是自费的，但导师给我说可以申请学费减免，我的情况应该能减一半的，然后做助教给我发1~1.5万日元，这样估计我每月的生活费是多少？我在NIMS也有一个导师，其实是两个学校联合培养的，我不知道我去那后到底在哪里读书。还有我正在办理签证材料，那个签证容易吗，会不会被拒，我没有学过日语。因为我是去年下半年才准备出去的，开始联系学校的。

学费半免交26万，大冈山一个月生活费8到12万
但你还可能申到其他奖学金

Sorry, my knowledge on your field is very limited. Maybe, University of Tokyo, Hitotsubashi University, Keio or Waseda U are good Choice.

This major is quite popular in the institute. To undergraduate, only the best students in 3Rui and 4Rui can enroll into. and I heard that one of the Chinese undergraduate students got a position in Morgan Stanley last year. But in graduate level, I believe that University of Tokyo is better. And almost all the oversea students in that major in U of Tokyo can be awarded the Monbukagakusho scholarship.

This major is also a good one in the institute. The famous thing is TIT has a very famous super computer. And the graduates have favorable situation on job hunting. They can get a position in some big corporation, Toshiba, NEC, etc.
