And is the sender going to bear all the faults for the lost of email, since it’s difficult to find the same things out as did the fax users by checking call-out list? As to the B-to-C mode, problems still exist. How to identify the customer? Is it the responsibility for an online shop to sell alcohol to a teenager disguised as an above-the-legal-age by impermissibly using parent’s credit card? And buying a defective product, which court should the plaintiff appeal to if the accuse has no fixed business cite?

谈谈关于你提到的一些问题。词汇方面：
1。应该是performance-enhancing drug,以前曾在报纸上看到过不是很确定，现在终于在纽约时报上关于IOC的报道中得到证实。
2。present 是形容词，文中指现代的父母亲。
3。most government decision=most of the governmental decisions
      human=human being 可查牛津字典
4。New line should be drawn not only about the moral issues。意思是人们不仅要在道德上划清界限（说明哪些是"right",哪些是“wrong"）。不过这句话在考虑再三后，为了更切题和与上一段文字呼应，决定改为：In fact, new line should be periodically drawn not only in the moral issues.
5。advancement，advance虽然都可作名词，但通常科学和社会进步用前者，后者更多用在作“提升，升职”
6。impermissibly using parent’s credit card。这里impermissibly是修饰后面的动词using，所以为副词。不要被using的动名词形式迷惑。
7。the ever surface of these issues。意为：这个问题刚刚浮出水面。surface这里是指某种事物有了某种明显迹象

关于“摆事实”和“说道理”应当互相平衡的问题，我是这样想的。说这篇文章的抽象，就在于redefine 'right' and 'wrong' in its own terms and according to the conditions of its own time在生活中到底指什么，我在这篇文章是通过“道德观念”，“商家做生意”，“体育”三个方面在新时期面临的新问题都需要制定新的判断准则来说明的，其本身就是用“摆事实”的方法来“说道理”。而对于实例的总结，无非就是用不同的话重复题目，写了反而罗嗦，还不如在最后又将三个例子共同说明的具体概念----制定法律重新定义规范人们的行为-----抽象为人类不断确立对错的标准，也就是该题目。

不过，根据大家的意见，我从非作者的角度再读文章时，觉得直接说试管婴儿的例子是有点突兀。如果在开头加这么一句话可能会好一些：So fast is the world changing that people is obliged to reassess their situation and import new vision to them.

其实我的句型很简单，还是那句话，重要的是内容是思想，而不是形式。
词汇方面也不是一朝一夕看两个单词就能怎样的，关键是能够表达意思，用的恰当就好了。
建议做完GRE阅读后，在回顾一遍，每篇几乎都是很棒的issue和argument。
现在临时看纽约时报，一点用都没有，只有浪费时间。不过还是给你网址：www.nytimes.com
