It is quite easy to get an admission on Master of Public Health, even from such top schools as JHU, Columbia and Emory. But you have very little chance (close to zero) to get scholarship or RA/TA in two or three years. I see some PhDs still pay for theirselves. The indians who are majority in MPH program are almost all working for board. MPH is just a path for them to get VISA. Many white MPH students here actually have jobs or had jobs in hospital, so they have never worried about the career. Haven't heard any Chinese MPH found jobs. But there might have some. So, think about how much money you have in your account and what you will do after.
