CUHK签证的问题

四月底收到了CUHK的信，说Visa的申请材料已经递交给Immigration Department，需要1.5个月的时间办下来。
信的最后说：
If you have admission condition other than presenting a valid visa, please note that the Immigration Department will only issue visa to students who have already fulfilled their academic conditions.  In order not to delay your visa application, please send us a copy of the required proof/documents by fax (852-26035779) or by e-mail (gso-1@cuhk.edu.hk) together with the back page of your Admission Notification by
30 June 2010
the latest.
我除了Visa，Condition还包括学位证。而学位证差不多6月底甚至7月初才能拿到。
如果这样的话，难不成我得到6月底才能真正开始申请Visa？
如果再用1.5个月的时间，岂不是要到8月中，可是Admission Date就过了啊。。。
不理解啊。。请各位帮忙解答一下。

另外，如果没有学位证，也就是说，我的Condition达不到，可以申请延期入学么。。。
