Nowadays,a lot of people think that it is better for them to work alone than work in a team of with other people.Nowtheless,I oppose this view and instead it is my opinion that working with others may be far better than merely to complete the task by us alone.

To begin with,to work with others may help you obtain a lot of useful knowledge in the field of study.In many cases,you can always turn to the outstanding workers for help in a team when needed.Personally,Last summer,I was a volunteer in the school library with other workers and once upon a time the librarian assigned me two tasks which should to be completed in a week:catalog all the new books and write a reading-summary for the children.i was very worried about them because I did not have such experience,Fortuanately,I asked the older workers in the team for opinion,and he just told me to focus on them one by one and it was also crucial to make a plan for all the tasks,With his help I ended up with fulfilling them in time and what’s more the teachers in the library recommended me to work In a company,what I want to say isthat if I work alone,perhaps I don’t have such opportunity to ask others for help and definitely the case may not be like this.
