兔兔请教一个问题，我的owp被拒了，
调档的结果“ appllcant seeking owp to accompany spouse in canada appllcant
has not provided any details of spouse on famil y composition form or any details that
spouse is currently enrolled in a valld educational institution not satisfied appllcant
meets requirmetns for open work permit under c42 spouse of student appllcation refused”

问题：
1. 我在CIC 网站做完问答后，文件清单里没有要求 ”家庭成员信息表“，我怎么提交？ 会是我的问答有误吗？ 还是我把 “家庭成员信息表” 直接压缩到解释信里？
2.我老婆的在读证明需要特定的模板吗？
3. 纸签的话，还是按照材料清单准备后寄到北京大使馆吗？
