In any field of inquiry, the beginner is more likely than the expert to make important discoveries.

1 Both the two can make important discoveries while in different fields or aspects, they have their respective advantages.
2 experts are more likely to make importatn discoveries in further researches after a primary achievement others have built.
3 Beginners are more likely to make important discoveries in establishing a new field or new direction in some field.
4 if experts and beginners can cooperate and confore to each other, they are more probably incite sparkling achievements.

In different fields of inquiry, we can not unilaterally emphasis who is more important and possible to make new discoveries between beginners and experts.They have respective advantages in different research directions.
First, I have to claim what is beginner and what is expert. As far as I am concerned, beginner is a person who does not contact this field for a long time and do not have great noblity While the expert is vice verse.
Experts are more likely to make important discoveries at a basis of the outcome of forefathers. Because they have more skilled foundation than rookies and a broader sense and experience, they are more inclined to take on the further research. They can explore deeply in their field which the tyros are confused because such kinds of researches will need a complete system of knowledge constitution. However,Experts have a solid, relatively stable idea about his researches and do not have a space for creation. Due to the unconcious chain tied to the experts, generally they are not ready to chanllege so called authority because they are more cared about their fame in contrast to the greenhorns. So experts have more opportunites to discover further abysmal, obtruse theory and technics which has a traditional method to study but not tend to become a hexcidox creators.
On the other hand, experts are more previliged in the creating a new field because they have fewer fetter to constrain their manners of meditate. They are more eager to express their own opinion and ready to face some critics and chanlleges. They do not care about their notability so they do not fear to make mistakes. So they are more creative and distinct notion from the traditional one. For example, Darwin published evolutionary theory; Einstein established Relative theory; Walson Crick discovered the spiral pattern of DNA. All of the above scientists made such breaking through scientific advancements in their 20's, when they were not widely known by public. Therefore, many new methods of researching and new fields have been discovered by beginneres.
Therefore, it may be more likely to make important discoveries if the beginner and experts have cooperated together. The experts can inculcate some new theory and knowledge to rookies while the rookies can also bring some fresh ideas which have deeply chanlleged tradition for experts. In that case, they will make full use of their respective advantages and supply their deficencies and weakness through the cooperation between them. A national survey in 100 university covering all provinces have shown that about 90 percent students have said they have got many useful experience from their professors while about 85 percent of experts have concede that they have been enlighten much by their postgraduates or doctors. And 85 percent of new achievements in this year is finished by the cooperation of the students and professors.
In conclusion, neither experts nor beginners are more likely to make imporatant discoveries. Both of them have advantages and shortcomings. Therefore, the power of coalition with a conformity and unification will incite more sparkling achievements.
