In Machiavellians' political thoughts, it is of most importance for politicians to maintain his power and orderliness of the state instead of pursuit of justice.
Politicians are ruling a world which is itself not morally good.
Some prominent figures lie, not for self-serving reasons, but in attempt to secure what they saw as morally important political goals.

不知道用这个作为第三点的例子可以不?
As a widely circulated ancient Chinese political event, Yongzheng, the fifth emperor of the Qing Dynasty who was deeply esteemed by the people at that time because of his diligence to create an prosperous era and an effective government at minimal expense as his final political goals, however, hardly hesitated to murder his brothers and relatives for the supreme throne, which was regarded as kind of the most immoral behavior in the world. Nevertheless, no historian dare to stand out to condemn Yongzheng as an unqualified politician due to his misconduct in morality. Many impulsive opponents may take Vincent Willem Van Gogh, the post impressionist painter of Dutch origin whose work-notable for its rough beauty, emotional honesty and bold color-had a far reaching influence on the 20th-century art, as a buttress to the argument irrefutably that though not understandable by most erstwhile people, Van Gogh's paintings still have invaluable merit. It's definitely true, however, once deepening the analysis, we can easily find that the mentioned merit was just in significance for descendants in the 20th-century and afterwards when Van Gogh had already passed away. As for people in the same era with Van Gogh, all his work, even the famous masterpiece starry sky, were some kind of tawdry and shoddy and thus had no merit in their eyes. Admittedly the hidden merit did exist after the birth of Van Gogh's paintings, however was not manifested and thus impalpable and worthless because of the world's ignorance. And only after people began to accept and turned to appreciate them were the actual and pragmatic merit expressed successfully in the true sense. From this perspective, it's not difficult to conclude that prevalent understanding and cognition is the most fundamental prerequisite of the existence of the blatant merit of art, additionally, nothing to do with the hidden merit which could not be defined as actual merit, frankly speaking .

介不介意我来打个岔~看到写的很好就想来插嘴:lol个人觉得例子会不会用的有点长,如果一整段都是例子的话代表性就会相对减弱。。。语言还是很不错的啦!就是有的句子有点重复,像“ 。。。were some kind of tawdry and shoddy and thus had no merit in their eyes. Admittedly the hidden merit did exist after the birth of Van Gogh's paintings, however was not manifested and thus impalpable and worthless because of the world's ignorance. And only after people began to accept and turned to appreciate them were the actual and pragmatic merit expressed successfully in the true sense.”这里其实就是想表示梵高的艺术成就很高但是实际不被人关注,感觉是在翻来覆去的说,可以浓缩一点点哈~只是一点个人意见~~
