Last time, i mentioned applicants should notice the recruitment schedule, when the firms will open recruitment talk on your campus and what time will the application expire. The second will be talked about is focusing on job requirements.

Most of applicants will search recruiment information on website, like www.jijis.com and www.jobsdb.com. however a few appliants do not notice the job requirements due to the common sense deriving from popular idear: teamworking, good language level and computer skills. These appliants often use the same CV and cover letter to different application. Of course, they cannot catch HR's eyes.

Those sucessful candidates would be able to organize their expression relative with company's expect and requirement with good example. For example, it ia a common question asked by HR " I see you work at XYZ Corporation over the summer, or work for a activity on campus, what were your responsibilities there?" Candidate could choose to point out that at your previous job, designing a comprehensive reploy for job requirements. HR would be attracted by your emphasize and spark points, as well as you leave a good first impression to your future employer.

If a candidate cannot meet all their requirements, it doestn't matter. They should demonstrated excellence in one area can often compensate for their weeks. For example, if you resume, transcript and working experience suggest that you are never met a number you did not like, you can expect your interviewer to place less emphasis on your quantitative ability in the interview, but emphasis on your enthusiasm.

注意校园招聘会（Recruitment talk ）时间表
After experiencing the tough moment in 2008 job market for graduate students, some had got an offer and will start working soon, while others are still hunting for a job. Those without offers do not mean they are untalent, however they missed the prime time of recruitment resulting in being a fish in job market.

Once you miss the expiration of applicaion, your CV or on-line application would not be accpeted by HR.  Please notice the recruitment talk schedule through your university's website, while you are looking for a job.

In china, most firms open it in fall semester, and schedule is very close as one company comes in the morning and some come in the afternoon, even in the evening you can participate into these recruitment talk. While Recruitment talk schedule in HK is different from that in China.

In fall term, most firms are the commercial corporates, starting to introude themselves, such as big 4, banks and consulting firms.

In spring term, it is golden time for engineering and science students.
