jingjing要好好休息一下，可能是前段时间期末+作文＋天气＝输液，希望上帝保佑jingjing早日好起来！！

不过好奇怪哦，我有两个朋友都身体不错，可是都在准备G的过程中得过大病，看来G还是挺折磨人的啊！所以要和大家一起杀G,免得·····:lol

这个题可能有点偏，没找到以前有这个题目的同主题写作，280篇里倒是有，但是看到这个题也是高频，还是出了，大家花点功夫好好写写这篇吧，看看别人写的，或者一起讨论讨论思路。 :D

To provide more income for the population of Paraterra and also preserve the natural environment of our tiny country, we too should begin to promote ecotourism. To ensure that our advertising campaign is successful, we should hire the current director of Bellegea's National Tourism Office as a consultant for the campaign."

第十一次作业提纲总结

（1） 智力是什么？我们的社会真的没有足够重视吗？当然不是的.
（2）每个孩子从出生就开始被教育，“知识就是力量”作为信条，除了上学，还要上各种培训班，给孩子造成了很大的压力，也影响了孩子的一生。
（3）作为与智力相对的feeling的重视却几乎空白，父母忙于工作，更重视孩子的学习成绩，学校也顾不上所有学生的心理，没有专门的心理课，等等。有一项统计说现在每年有几十万的年轻人自杀，可见问题的严重性。
（4）好在现在社会已经越来越意识到这个问题了，家长们也不再望子成龙，而只是希望孩子成为一个身体和心理都健康的人。
（5）结尾。

1 事实上社会一直很强调academic learning, qualifications and how intelligent a person is, in other words his or her IQ( Intelligent Quotient).
2 部分社会也注意到了EQ（Emotional Quotient）的重要性，但强调不够
① EQ引起人们的注意in the middle of 1990s，但主要是在西方发达国家，例子举 the Centre for Applied Emotional Intelligence 在欧洲成立，标志着对EQ的承认；
② EQ的重要性：EQ is a predictor of performs and success.高EQ的人能更有效地自我管理和relationship management，就可以使人high performance and personal success；High EQ is demonstrated by the fundamental underlying attitude of acceptance of self and others which enables efficient self and relationship management.
③EQ也适当地用在一些地方，但还不是和IQ equally important的地位.(例子，举在高层选管理人员，在都有MBA时，就选EQ高的)
3 总结，其实应该同样重视EQ才会使社会和谐发展，IQ和EQ都很重要。

by ◎amy◎（1）到达机场的游客翻番不能说明什么问题，有可能是因为航线的设置问题，很多去别的国家的游客不得不在Bellegea中转，而并不是来旅游的。人均收入增加10%也不能说明什么，有可能是因为通货膨胀，或者其它方面的收入。
（2）不应该盲目的仿照别人的方法，应该结合自己国家的实际情况发展经济。而且发展旅游肯定会在一定程度上破坏环境。
（3）即使学习Bellegea的做法真的有效，也不一定要聘请Bellegea的国家旅游局主任来担任广告顾问，这应该去聘请专业的人士，而且Bellegea的主任也许会为了防止自己国家的旅游业遭到Paraterra的竞争而不真正出力。
