其中重要部分对照翻译如下（自己所译，仅供参考，如有不当之处，欢迎大家讨论）

Students are under no obligation to respond to offers of financial support prior to April 15; earlier deadlines for acceptance of such offers violate the intent of this Resolution. In those instances in which a student accepts an offer before April 15, and subsequently desires to withdraw that acceptance, the student may submit in writing a resignation of the appointment at any time through April 15.

在4月15日前，学生是没有义务回应学校提供的offer的。学校设置比4月15日早的截止日期的行为是与这个协议的初衷相违背的。对于那些在4月15日之前接受了某个学校offer的学生，如果他后来打算反悔，那么他可以在4月15日前的任何时间写一个请求给学校(白纸黑字)，要求退回offer。

However, an acceptance given or left in force after April 15 commits the student not to accept another offer without first obtaining a written release from the institution to which a commitment has been made. Similarly, an offer by an institution after April 15 is conditional on presentation by the student of the written release from any previously accepted offer.

但是，如果学生在4月15日后接受某个offer，或者对于4月15日前接受的offer一直没有反悔，以至于到了4月15日之后，那么他就不能再接受其他的offer，除非能从最初接受过offer的那个学校得到一个”学校同意收回offer”的声明(白纸黑字)。类似地，在4月15日之后，学校发放的offer都是有条件的，条件是学生必须提供最初学生接受过offer的那个学校（如果有的话）的”学校同意收回offer”的声明(白纸黑字)，才能再接受offer。

It is further agreed by the institutions and organizations subscribing to the above Resolution that a copy of this Resolution should accompany every scholarship, fellowship, traineeship, and assistantship offer.

参加4.15协议的学校在发放offer（包括scholarship, fellowship, traineeship, and assistantship）时，必须随offer附上一份本协议。
