Part B: others argue that it is definitely important for the developing of young child.
Part C: these two forces can also compliment with each other, if handled probably.

Recently, the debate of whether specially designed education for meeting the needs and the interests of each student is effective has been paid much attention to by the whole society. Some people maintain that the ability of now day’s education, especially in developing country such as China is far from totally adopting the method of distinguishing education, while others argue that it is definitely important for the developing of young child. As far as I concerned, these two forces undermine each other at times, but they can also compliment with each other, if handled probably.

To begin with, some exact situation in developing regions makes it impossible for schools to offer the curriculums that their students desire for. In the summer of 2003, I earn the opportunity to go to a small village called “Cong Hui” in Shan Xi province in china to help the children there. My task is to teach some lessons, to communicate with these younger brothers or sisters and to help them as much as I can. One night, sleeping with a boy, I asked him “what kind of curriculums he likes best?” He answered “I enjoy every moments in the class and almost any lessons are his favorite.” Later I got the information that his opportunity to enter school is not an easy one. This sample is probably too simple to a lot of people who want to make topics of making individual education, but there is something profound in the answer of this child, something educator should pay much attention to. They are the difficulty of paying fee, the scarce of eligible teachers, especially in some poor region, the problem of safe environment has not been solved, etc. Obviously, how can develop specified designed education in these poor areas?

However, students in developed countries and rich cities, for instance Shanghai and Beijing, parents there hope with the support of finance their boys or girls can be taught as the most suitable way, specifically designed for their child. According to a recent survey conducted by sociality department of Fudan University among ten top universities in China, seventy two point six percent of new parents have been preparing for their children to accept some individual curriculums such as piano, football, graphics and acting. Research from National Educational Bureau believes this phenomenon results from the quick rise of living condition in big cities. Therefore, the emphasis on the future of children becomes priority issue in these families. Consequently, with the enough competent educators and support of money the specifically designed individual education is reasonable.

Last but not least, different method of educating should be taken in different places. Since the great leader of People’s Republic of China, Deng XiaoPin, said (and I paraphrase) “China’s rise should have its own suitable Road which is especially useful the complex condition of China.” As to the education principle of different counties, different provisions, and different cities are the same reason. Consequently, for one thing developed region may try using specifically method of education, for anther much help should be taken to help the education of poor areas and the individual education may not be realized simultaneously.

In sum, it is very likely that people will never be able to arrive at the same conclusion on this controversial issue, due to different experiences and conflicting values. Nevertheless, public awareness of the various dimensions of the issue discussed in the above argument will certainly contribute to the thoroughly understanding of the problem.

个人感觉,不说语句(我也没资格说,菜鸟一个),我觉得你对这个题目的理解有些欠妥:

这个题目主要是想探讨什么样的教育方式才是对个体发展来说最effective的。诚然,教育是一个国家的重中之重,要针对具体国情制定相应政策。但你的论述是否过于局限宏观层次了呢?让人觉得很大很空。应该多分析一下不同的教育方式对个体的成长与成才会有什么具体作用,从而决定哪个是最有效的。

语言方面,语法和拼写错误稍多了点,建议以后写完自己多看一下
论述方面,感觉你引用和举例多了一点,说理分析比较少。

我也新手一个,不会改,只是凭直觉,挑的都是毛病,还请多多见谅阿。有什么我理解不对的地方咱们再探讨,呵呵。
