However, even though television and computer are important for us, it still cannot replace the sensation which tourism taken to us. In fact, it is entirely impossible for television and computer to present the whole perspectives of some great landscapes, and it has enormous differences between practical sightseeing and only appreciation of its picture. People engaging in tourism is not only for the purpose of enlarge their knowledge ken but also for a need of relax, such as a change of atmosphere and a diversion of environment, which can not be substituted by watching TV or surfing on the Internet. Tourism will continue to thrive for the same reason that people still go out for dinner or to movies even if we could complete at home. Take Hangzhou for example, which is one of the most famous tour city in the world and has named as the most lodgeable city in 2007. An old saying goes, "God's paradise is on the sky and people's paradise is Hangzhou." There exists so many charming natural and cultural landscapes that allure various people to tour and lie fallow even reside in it.

Furthermore, the advanced television and computer will not impair tourism, on the contrary, could serve to the improvement of tourism. In other words, these devices are usually used as an effective tool for tourism. Firstly, television and computer could advertise some drumbeating of pictures and videos about the tourist attractions, which may ignite tourists’ interests in visiting. Secondly, the Tourism Bureau could cooperate with the television station and Internet sites to provide with a series of service, including tickets fare, hotel, restaurant and so forth, which could not only enhance the efficiency of tourism but also save people’s time that make them feel more comfortable. Actually, many countries such as Singapore and Thailand, which take tourism as the mainstay industry, are paying more and more attention on the correlation of television and Internet. It can be predicted that tourism will become more flourishing under the assistance of advanced media.
