我的才刚刚写完, 现在来好好学习一下------
The author states that regulation of evaluating professors in Omega Univerity should be terminated because it impede (学学)graduates to obtain better jobs, giving reason that higher greades are received in classes thanks to the evaluation of professors among students and the high employing rates of Alpha University nearby. Through scrutiny of this argument, we could find a seris (series是吧)of logical holes that drives his or her (啊!!我刚刚忘记得这样表达了,哦--)statements unconvincing.
First of all, higher grades in the classes may be caused by some factors other than students' evaluating their professors. According to the author, because of the institution of evaluating, professors assign high score in their classes to flatter students, preventing receiving low evaluation. (分析得很准确的呀, 学习学习)In this case, the reality of evaluation, maded by Omaga University fifteen years ago, whose main purpose is to boost the teaching quality by supervising professors by students, is distorted (是该这么说)in this arguemnt. Morover, high grades obtained by students would attribute to many other factors such as students or professors are work harder who deserves the high grades. Thus, it is too (desicive) to assert evaluation is the only reason causing higher grades.
Furthermore, the statement make an invalid (就是就是) compare for the employing opportunity between Omega University and Alpha University. There is no evidence to prove that the condition of these two university are completely the same, that is: students' studying and researching ability, professtional fields and general level of faculty diverse. As a result, the opportunity of successfually finding jobs in these two universities may not be compared. Additionally, the maketing requirment from surroundings may also have great efforts to influence the enploying rates of the graduate students. We may assume that there is a big industry not far from Alpha University, requiring more labors and boosting the emplying rates from Alpha University. Not mention these in detail, this argument fells to convince its readers.
Also, the author also states that potential employers would not want to receive gradutes in Omaga because of inflating scores and this inference may not be plausible. It seems, according to the author, the companies would rather like low score students due to their grades are not inflated (呵呵). In fact, the scores students gains in university could to most degree represent their ability, thus employeers would no doubt willing to accept the students with high score. Therefore, to guess the favor of employers bindly may have less efforts to imporve the employing rates of graduates.
Last but not least, the author propose to terminate student evaluation of professors in order to garantee finding better jobs. It is ridiculous to make a relationship between institution of evaluation in a university and better jobs provinding. Firstly, suppose Omaga has terminate the evaluation, professors may fell they are not be supervised by their students and have less obligation to teach well, resulting a decrease of teaching quality and making students to receive less knowledge in the classes. In this case, instead of higher opportunity of find better jobs the author mentioned, graduates would find they are more difficult to be employed by any company.
In sum, Omaga University's problem may not justify the argument's sweeping conslution to terminate student evaluation of professors. Lacking details to prove that the high grades students received are only because of the evaluation as well as states the condition of Omaga and Alpha are completely the same, the proposal of abolish institution of evaluation may be an error. In fact, the univeristy should improve the general level of their students' abilities to secure better jobs.
论证得真好, 我的根本就没法看了, 唉---
