Education is one of the most important aspects for our county's future. However, what is the best way to improve the quality of education has arise a widely argument. Some one point out that the higher teachers' salaries is the best way that can improve the educational quality, while others cite lots of other approaches which are better in improving quality of education. From my point of view, increasing teachers' salaries is far away for the best way of making a better quality of education.

First, it is the(不用特指 可以去掉) students other than teachers that decide the quality of education. It is undoubted that higher qualities of students（不能说学生的高质量吧，well-developed academic ability我觉得会比较合适） means higher（我觉得high就可以了，也没有要比的） quality of education. However, higher salaries of teacher may not lead to higher qualities of students. Some of teachers may pay much attention to their students after getting more money.（疏漏寡闻没有看懂，能否交流下？） However, without proper way of teaching, students' study will not be improved.（第一段楼主的意思是要表达教育质量的高低关键在于学生，那最后一句是否有点说跑了呢？）

Second, with higher salaries, teachers may not do more to improve the quality of education. It is said that higher salaries can result in more attention for（to,没有attention for的用法） students. However, some teachers may don't（直接may not就可以，没有may don’t的说法） change their teaching method. One of my elder teachers had never tent(用过去完成时比较恰当) to put new elements in his classes since he has teaching such way for years.（第二段是要讲加薪未必会真正提高教育质量是吧？那这个例子有些不恰当，因为只是说一个老师一沉不变，那可能是因为他从未加薪呢？加了薪就变了呢？）

Third, there are other better approaches that can improve the quality of education. For example, purchasing（去掉，不是说买更多仪器的这个动作行为可以引起学习兴趣） more experimental instrument can improve students' interesting in doing experiments. With more interest, students can learn more, and the quality of education can be improved.

If higher salaries of teachers can't benefit students, it will not improve the quality of education. What's more, other ways can do better than higher salaries in improving educational quality. As a result, I am(两个动词？去掉) totally disagree with the point that the best way to improve quality of education is to increase teachers' salaries.

文章逻辑很不错，框架也很清晰，就是感觉好迷你，点是全的，就是没有阐述得很清楚。我觉得这样的话还不如去掉一个点把剩下两个说得更具体详细。
