“May my children attend school?
Your children may attend school in Canada. You must apply for their study permit at the same time as your own. If they intend to join you at a later date, they must also apply for a study permit before coming to Canada. ”
Generally, minor children need to apply for a study permit from outside of Canada, if they want to go to study in Canada. However, a minor child can go to school without a study permit if:
one parent (biological or adoptive) is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident; or
one parent (biological or adoptive) is permitted to study or work in Canada; or
neither parent is physically in Canada.
对于您说的这些我们也都看了,还有一版就是http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/minors-documents.asp 我们对于“Minor children who are already in Canada” 还有“The child may have either a visitor record or a study permit ”这些定语都给研究了一下。
