近年来，随着科技的快速发展，物联网及其应用已经逐渐深入到人们生活的各个部分。这对社会和经济的发展来说即是机会也是挑战。一方面物联网通过智能信息处理后广泛应用于智能家居、智能交通、智慧零售以及智慧物流等领域，极大地提高了人们的生活质量也推动了全球经济的发展。另一方面，虽然物联网近年来的发展已经渐成规模，但是在技术、管理、成本、政策、安全等方面仍然存在许多需要攻克的难题，这对企业和研究人员来说也是一种挑战。

本次会议旨在为世界范围内从事物联网与智能信息处理领域的专家学者提供一个交流和展示研究成果的平台，同时期待能为学术机构、企业和个人发展提供有用资源、信息和建议。

在此谨代表IoTIIP组委会诚挚邀请各位相关领域专家学者齐聚美丽的中国青岛，共同探讨物联网与智能信息处理的现状和未来发展，提供新思路和新见解。

IoTIIP2024welcomes articles and presentations in the areas of IoT System Architecture, IoT Services, Applications, Standards, and Test-beds,IoT Enabling Technologies, Radio Frequency IdentificationTheconference particularly invites and encourages prospective authors to sharetheir recent research work, findings, perspectives, and developments related tothe above-mentioned topics.

Interestedorganizers are invited to submit workshop proposals for half-day sessions inthe topic areas listed in call for Papers of the conference. The proposal for aworkshop should include the following items:
