The stability of a society depends on how it responds to the extremes of human behavior.

I concede that the voice of the speaker sounds reasonable, but taking the extent into consideration, adjusting is necessary for extremes of human behavior occupies no much proportion of the entire society. So I partially agree with the ideas given by the speaker.

As known by all of us, the security determines the thriving of the whole society, which ensures one of the most features in maintaining the stability. Then the extremes of human behavior, threatening the normal operating of a society, comes into the view. No one does not cherishing the hope that one day we can live in a society without terrorist; no one would like to see the reveal of the time once on September 11th, 2001. It is not difficult to accept that extremes of human behavior place human beings the jeopardy horrible enough to imagine. There is no denying that extremes of human behavior had better be forbidden with any compulsory methods.

Anyway, the extremes of human behavior occur occasionally, while reality demonstrates much more urgent demands, such as correct education and a well-oriented government guidance. Japan was no doubt the criminal of the World War II, while it is becoming appealing and civilian during the past few decades attributing to the later guidance of its government. Education is placed in a crucial position for years, resulting that the well educated citizens created a steady and prosperous society. The president is also proud of their security condition. 'No political turmoil would take place in Japan.’ claims the president. Therefore, as is demonstrated above, the education and the successful guidance enabled the stability of a society.

Moreover, the technology and information revolution cannot be neglected as well. A nation, in modern society, depends largely on the economic, which explodes only when the technology is available. Many developing countries are under uncertain conditions exactly caused by the lack of the origin of the technology. Why humans are away from the huge wars recently? The reason is simply that the information and the technology gather most of nations together tightly. The economy links as well, which causes that the profits are shared, and that the disruption by war is no longer profitable. Wars can seldom be raised according to such profit related nations. As a result, the stability stands contributed to the technology and the information.

Finally, as environment become more sensitive and fervors among the nations, stability is affected. Conflicts would emerge, if the pollution flows across the borders, as the true cases had taken place. Oceans, for instance, shared by most countries, presents no exceptions in causing international problems. Once it was between the Russian and Chinese. Thus, fire can be extinguished as long as the environment problems are properly solved. No one would expect that stability is curbed by the environment concerns.

To conclude, I defend the opinion that extremes of human behavior should be prohibited, besides any other factors such as the education standard, the technology, information revolution, environment condition and the correct guidance of the government and so forth, taking into account the real situation of the entire society.
