Should we looking back for the history in such a high-speed developing society? Some people hold the views that we just need to focus on the newest technology and tasks to protect being the lasts. Who will care about history so seriously? But I do agree the American female writer Pearl Buck's words: If you want to understand today, you have to search yesterday.
How comes the life experience? You have to admit that it concluded from the past. If someone happened to made several mistakes, will he summarize those lessons or just ignore what was happened? As everybody knows, we might encounter many hardships in our entire life, we have to analyze and solve them. And the guidelines of the problems are absolutely the knowledge. And all the knowledge were accumulated by blunders people did, and then we will understand how to handle it next time. See, history made us brighter.
We also could learn about the moral and ideas from history. We could understand so many things through read the books which recorded the history events. All the fables and maxims are all concluded from history. We know what we should do and what we should say in a certain situation from history. We write those maxims which are useful to us on the paper and cling it on our desks to warn us to avoid making ourselves depressed and doing things wrong. We even research the achievements of our descents before we are about to do something new. How great power the history affected us!

Majority of those great scientists who accomplished the serious inventions are benefits from the inventions or theories left in the past. Without the hard work of Copernicus and Galileo’s revolution, how could Johannes Kepler found the three laws of the motion of the planets? Imagine what will Newton be if the three theories did not exist at all? Just like the words Newton said himself: If I can see a bit farther than some others, it is because I am standing on the shoulders of giants. According to that we recognize the importance of the found in the past clearly.
As far as I am concerned, to learn history is undoubtedly important to us in all aspects. Even in today the time that technology was developed so fast, countless numbers of new inventions are based on the past found, so many experience of daily life was absorbed from history. History is the light which light up to the future, history is the key to every problems we have to deal with. Without history there would be nothing about the current, so let us take it seriously.
