有详细看过你的SP是怎么写的吗?先不要急着二签,太冲动反而多加一次拒签史
AThere are several reasons, both individual and social, that can account for why I chose University of Manitoba and Canada. In the first place, as a civil servant, my current job is relatively easy and undemanding; I can retain my position in my current unit and go to Canada to further improve myself when young. Secondly, it is widely recognized that Canada boasts perfect educational system, adequate educational resources and first-rate educational quality, which ensures that I can get exposed to cutting-edge knowledge and advanced technology. Moreover, as one of the top universities in Canada, University of Manitoba has a long history of 140 years and is hailed as “Northern Chicago”; it also enjoys a rather high prestige and great attainments in Human Resource Management so that I can have access to the most advanced and authoritative knowledge there. Last but not least, University of Manitoba is located at Winnipeg, the capital city of Manitoba Province, which is famous for beautiful natural environment, good public security and advanced technology. Thus studying and living here must be a fantastic experience.
In order to make my study and life in Canada more fruitful, I have made an elaborate plan in advance. First and foremost, I will devote myself to the professional study, during which period I will attend a series of specialized courses such as Human Resource Legislation, Workplace Health and Safety and Strategic Human Resource Planning. In class, I will seize every opportunity to communicate and discuss with teachers and classmates so as to gain as much knowledge as possible; after class, I will take full advantage of the abundant learning resources to read materials related to human resources management in order to broaden my scope of knowledge and widen my horizon. Academic work cannot be an armchair strategist, apart from the study of theoretical knowledge, I will also take an active part in internships of human resources industry, through which not only put my knowledge into action and gain a comprehensive and profound understanding of human resources management, but also improve social skills and practical capacity. Canada is a diverse society where live people with different languages and cultures. I will take the chance to participate in various activities and contact with all kinds of people so as to not only learn brilliant western culture but also cultivate keen career insight and ability to tap talents.
Upon completion of my study in University of Manitoba, I will definitely return to China even if I cannot deny that Canada is indeed endowed with so many attractions. For one thing, both my husband and daughter are in China. My daughter is so young that I have to come back and take care of her, and I hope you can understand my natural worries as a mother. Meanwhile, my parents also need my company as they get older. It is thanks to my parents who help me look after my daughter and provide enough funding to support me that can I go to study without any worries. So I will go back home after finishing the studies and it will be time to honor and repay them. For another, I have lived and worked in China for many years, accumulating great deal of interpersonal connections which are undoubtedly a valuable treasure for my career development. With the acceleration of globalization, management workers face a serious challenge of educational background and working ability. With the advantage of overseas experience and remarkable expertise, I will be competent in Chinese job market. I plan to work as personnel manager in a big company in China to accumulate enough experiences and connections. My final career goal is to rise to the Chief Human Resource Officer position and bring my talents into full play.
