18. It is primarily through formal education that a culture tries to perpetuate
the ideas it favors and discredit the ideas it fears. 【104】
如果一个文化想要它认为好的理念永世长存而摈弃它厌恶的理念，主要是通过正规的教育。

Any nation stands in the world firmly with its own culture and history。Under that，there is a kind of education suited to its tradition and society following it。From my point of view，pretending a culture from invasion and then developing it is worked by educating the citizens。Meanwhile，education creates a efficient way of inheriting our culture and keeping society steady。

Dating from the period of caveman，there is no doubt that，the development of a nation and a country brings a culture followed and thrived。Otherwise，this sort of culture’s conservation and progress is based on the formal education of its own。Surely，education exist as one of parts of a culture in fact。The responsibility of inheriting human’s history and culture of education forms itself going on with as the continuance of cultural tradition。Only by this method，can the essence of culture goes on as well after several generations。Furthermore，it is necessary that a race and a nation keeps education developed with individual character and spirit。Consequently，the feature of the culture could walk forward。For instance，before the appearance of word，caveman communicating with each other orally。With the developing technics，people wrote significant on wood，stone，bones to their partner and to us。Obviously，we will use the advanced technologics to educating our descent。

Formal education based on a culture is limited by it as well。As a bridge of learning to undertake the national essence to the future generation，education is obliged to protecting the culture from the ideas it fears to some extent。In the meantime，perpetuating the its favorite ideas seems important as well。 Actually，fighting for the existence of denigrating the country works by its people’s`trust got from education。As a result，the society is going further depending on the stable circumstance。What is more，people could create new record in the environment。

On the contrary，denying and discrediting the dissimilar ideas all the time means no wise。what the better way to improve and enhance is thinking twice the disagreement and learning the superiority of the outsiders。Surely，we can realize and understand which is the weakness and drawback after that。For supporting examples one need look no further than the feudal age。In this time，people are conservative as the same as the politics。There is less communication of countries with each other than present。The whole nation was lying on their own culture ，either good parts or bad parts。Finally，the society developed at a poor speed at all。Therefore，considering the reasonable disagreement shows the same importance as well。

A great philosopher once said：the man who forgetting or betraying his own culture of the nation is less disgust than no man。Obviously，we get the responsibility to continue our racial spirit and essence，meanwhile，prospecting our culture。As for us the first and very important way is formal education。Realizing the insufficiency consciously could help us go ahead to some extent as well。
