Education will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student.

There is a widely accepted assumption that education will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to satisfy the individual needs and interests, which exerts a considerably important impact on one's studying, of each student, which is accordance with what the author assert. This is indeed the case.

To begin with, common sense tells us that interest is the best friend in our studying.Firstly, without interests, one would feel learning is an awful thing and unwilling to learn so that the it is difficult for him to learn by heart. But if one would be interested in learning a project, he would feel as if he is playing a game and would readily to do it well. What’s more, interests help you to learn things easier and remember them longer in that when a man is interested in something, he would think it day and night until he think out of it. There is an old but intelligent saying: Before you start to cultivate your interests. Education will be effective if it is designed to meet the individual interests.

Secondly, needs make movtivation.When a man feel obligation to do something, he would do it in a considerably effective way. A person, when he clearly knows why it is his responsibility to learn something, he would make a tremendously great effort to achieve it. No movtivation, no progress. See now it is common that more and more parents encourage their children to study hard and then get a good mark with giving them some extra money. It is an example that needs make movtivation.So education will be effective if it is designed to meet individual needs.

Admittedly, it is difficult and impossible for school to meet every student individual meets and interests. But a number of high schools have designed plenty of courses to be chosen by students. It is satisfy large sum of students in high school to some extend in that it is designed in all fields of education.

In all, I fundamentally sustain the opinion that education will truly effective if it is designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student.
