提纲：
首段：提问引入话题。
1机器是人类创造的，创造者一般都被认为是superior的，因此从这一角度来说人类必机器高级
2机器受人类控制，控制感会使人感到superior
3但从人类制造机器的目的来讲，机器在某一方面是会必人类superior的
结论：尽管机器在特定方面的功能会超过人类，但这将都是在人的设计与控制之下的。

Whether or not human mind is superior, or will always be superior to machines depends on the specific meaning of "superior". Does it mean controlling, or being more powerful? I'd like to address this issue in several respectives.

First of all, machines are created by human. First generated from the need and desire of human, and then designed by some people, and later improved by others along the way during usage, they will by no means be brought to the world without human's desire and effort. People usually regard the creators as superior, like the Christians view God as the superiorest of all because they believe he created the whole world and human beings. In this sense, I would agree with the author that human mind is superior to machines for its creation of machines.

In addition, machines are controlled by human. No matter how huge the heaving machines are, how powerful the engines are, or how fast the transporting machines run, they are all under human's control. Although there may be times that machines are out of control, those are merely accidents and can be prevented by more careful design and operation, or will be eliminated through revision and improvement. The feeling of being superior emerges reasonably when seeing so many machines are in the control of our hands, maybe just by a small remote control machine or several little buttons.

However, since human design and control machines to facilitate our work and life, the machines should surely be superior to human's labor, even mind to some extent in their specified usage. For example, from numbering in mind or counting by pen,to the calculator and computer, human's calculating speed far increased due to these more and more complicated machines. No one would deny that computer has a larger capacity for information storage and calculation than human minds. Also, automobiles indeed run a great deal faster than human, and airplanes make no-wing humen travel in the air. In their specific regions, machines are kind of "superior" to human.

There are often scenaries in science fictions depicting the future of a world dominated by or shared with roborts-- emotional and thinking machines. However, up untill now, these are only fictions. And I believe that as the tools of human minds, although machines excell human in certain areas, these strengths will always be designed by human and controlled as the wishes of human.
