其实前两天我被拒了，原因好像是因为我没钱.内容如下：

The Department of Mechanical Engineering and Mechanics has given careful consideration to your application for graduate study but is unable to offer you admission at this time. Although our Department is prepared to act favorably on your application to our graduate program, it is our policy to offer admission only to those students who have financial aid. In the event that you are able to arrange full financial aid for the course of your proposed program in the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Mechanics, either through support of a fellowship from your government, an industrial concern, or your own funds, we would be pleased to proceed with a formal offer of admission.
I regret to inform you of this decision. Our department receives a large number of applications from prospective students and it is impossible to accommodate all those who might otherwise qualify. We hope that you are successful in achieving your educational goals.

后来，我告诉他我家里可以支持我留学的费用，问他是否可以重新考虑？
今天就回了：
We will be happy to move forward with an offer of admission if you
are able to provide an original bank statement showing sufficient
funding
for your graduate application.

这意思是不是我有钱的话就给AD阿
