To be an employer, which kind of employee would be hired is an important and to be solved problem. An inexperienced worker at a lower salary or an experienced worker at a higher salary. which kinds of worker would bring more benefit to business, and meanwhile take less expence this is the golden-rule which exists in business in nowaday. To my opinion, I believe it depends on a case-by-case study.
To a position with less skill and only simple repetition, maybe an inexperienced worker with a lower salary would be a wise determination. For example, services, telephone women, cleaners and so on, these jobs contain little skill and only an repeated work. If the employer choose to employ an experienced worker at higher salary, in some degree, it is an waste both to the company and the employee.
To some work with middle required knowledge and degree, each kind of employee would be possible. In one aspect, an new recruit will become an experienced worker after a period of training; in other aspect, an experienced worker is not equal to an effective employee. So it depends on which kind of workers the company favors and how long the corporation would prefer to spend on novice.
To a position which need more experience and more enduring person, an experienced and flexible person would be an excellent descision. For some cases, an CEO or an leader of a huge company, absolutely more experience and more creative employees would be needed. However, we should not refuse that an good, creative and flexible person would be a perfect descision. They will not constrict to certain rule and long for break the certain constrict to image, such as in computer and other new industry .
So which kind of worker should be employ and which kind employee should be needed to a company is not an easy question to be answered. It should depend on case-by-case study. To a non-skill job, an unskilled person is enough, and to a higher job position an experienced and flexible employee should be needed.
